Objective

The way people search for information, products, and services has changed rapidly over the past two years. Google, which has long been the internet's front page, is no longer the only starting point for information searches. New LLM-based platforms - above all ChatGPT - have emerged alongside it and changed user expectations. According to the latest estimates, ChatGPT has approximately 800 million weekly users, of which over 20% use it for search-like information retrieval. Visibility in AI search doesn't happen through individual tricks. It's a direct result of how strongly a brand is present on the internet. Brands are now considering how they can be found on ChatGPT - and on what basis they appear there. ChatGPT doesn't provide search behavior data or user prompts to third parties.
