Trust Has a Face
Why does someone invite a real estate agent into their home? Because they trust them. We put Huoneistokeskus agents into the ads in their own areas, and leads grew 271% compared to the previous month.

Objective
Selling a home starts with the customer inviting an agent into their home. It is a personal decision, and letting someone into your home is a big step. A strong brand gives a foundation, but in this category it is not enough on its own. We wanted to grow the number of leads, and we started from one question: why does someone actually invite an agent into their home? The answer was trust. And trust comes from faces.
Solution
We built a dynamic, localized Meta advertising setup. This kind of approach had hardly been seen in Finnish real estate. • Agents were shown in the ads in their own towns and areas. • Instead of a generic "sell your home now" message for all of Finland, the ads showed a local agent to the right people in the right area. • The idea was simple, but the execution took a lot of groundwork. When you keep seeing an agent who works in your area and whose face starts to feel familiar, trust builds differently. The ad becomes the first point of contact with a person.
Results
• Leads +271% compared to the previous month • Leads +58% compared to the previous year Huoneistokeskus played a big part in this. A willingness to test new things and look for inspiration outside your own industry is rare, especially in an industry where the way things are done is well established. A strong brand creates the foundation. Growth comes from how well you understand the customer's decision and build your marketing around it.
