Senior Growth Consultant, Data & Insights
We're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Data & Insights consultant to build Intentio's and our clients' data capabilities.

What we're looking for
- 💜A business-oriented mindset and the ability to work with stakeholders. You can bring data-driven insight and strategic planning to the conversation.
- 💜Experience and understanding of paid advertising and marketing automation systems, especially in e-commerce. The work focuses on data, but hands-on familiarity with its applications helps.
- 💜Experience implementing analytics tracking (GA4, GTM)
- 💜The ability to develop reporting capabilities for Intentio's clients' online business (BigQuery, Looker Studio, Supermetrics). The ability to produce data-driven insights that guide decision-making.
- 💜Skills in advanced data solutions. Experience using statistical, machine learning, or AI models to grow business through marketing.
- 💜Independent and goal-oriented working style, combined with a desire to collaborate closely with clients and colleagues
- 💜Finnish and English language skills
Role objectives
- •Ensuring client satisfaction and retention by taking even the most creative technical ideas from planning to successful execution within Intentio
- •Ensuring baseline tracking and data visualization for clients
- •Strengthening Intentio's competitive edge in data utilization and insight generation. Keeping the team up to date on industry trends and providing a clear overview of how different technology solutions complement each other.
- •Enhancing Intentio consultants' client work through scalable technology solutions

Recruitment process
Background review & first meeting
We start by getting to know each other. We'll go through Intentio's story, the role requirements, and your previous experience, career goals, and expectations. (~1h)
Competency assessment
You'll complete an independent case assignment that reflects the role's core tasks and data capabilities. We'll review it together in discussion to assess your skill level relative to our team. (~2–3h)
Reference check
We'll ask you to provide references to support our recruitment team's final decision-making.
Meet your future team
This meeting gives you a chance to get to know your future colleagues, and our team a chance to confirm the fit. Often arranged as an informal lunch or after-work event. (~1h)
